Egg & bacon muffins


These delicious muffins are super easy to make, packed with high-quality protein, and key nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins A, D, E, K2, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, selenium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and choline.

Make a big batch for a week of grab & go brekkies or lunches.


Ingredients | Makes 12:

  • 12 eggs

  • 12 rashers of bacon

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

  • Fresh chives for garnishing

  • S&P

  • Butter for greasing


  1. Grease 12-hole muffin tray and preheat oven to 200 degrees C

  2. Cut rashers in half and line sides and bottom of each muffin cup, then crack an egg into each one

  3. Top with feta, chives, S&P

  4. Bake 15-20 mins

Serve hot or cold.
