I have a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition Bioscience, and I’m a certified health coach. With a special interest in low-carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF) nutrition, I have completed further professional training in this area. I love helping people take charge of their weight and health through the way they eat, move and care for themselves.
From my own experience, I know how incredibly hard it can be to break habits and form new (better) ones, and that’s where I can offer my support and guidance. I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. We’ll work together to find a healthy way of eating that works for you, and uncover your key to sticking with it for the long term. I can help you to nut out and conquer what’s holding you back from making lifestyle changes that will make a healthier version of you. I offer a safe space where you can be yourself and receive the support you need to do this - once and for all!
