Chia Pudding

Fancy a sweeter breakfast but trying to keep sugar and carbs low? Try this easy chia pudding recipe. Loads of soluble fibre to keep you full for longer and very low carb as long as you choose your sweetener wisely.


Ingredients : 1 serve

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa/cacao powder

  • Sweetener of choice (I like 2 tsp @lakantoaustralia erythritol & monk fruit blend)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 150 mL unsweetened almond or coconut milk


🥣 Mix. Stand for 10 mins. Mix again. Refrigerate 2 hrs or overnight.
⏰ You could easily make a big batch for the week ahead to save time in your busy mornings.
🍓Serving suggestion: add a dollop of plain Greek or coconut yogurt, nuts/nut butter and frozen/fresh berries (raspberries have the lowest sugar)
